Chi phí phân phối

Trong entry trước về doanh nghiệp ép giá cá tra, tớ có nêu về chuyện buôn rau và giải thích dưới góc nhìn của tớ tại sao chuyện rau bán ở chợ có giá cao gấp vài lần giá mua tại ruộng nên coi là bình thường (kể cả chuyện sữa  cũng vậy).

Hôm nay đọc bài báo này tớ tìm thêm được một minh họa cho chuyện này. Tuy bài báo có cái dở nghiêm trọng là không nêu được lý do tại sao giá hành lại tăng 500% trong vòng 1 tháng, nó cũng phần nào cho thấy tại sao giá hành bán ở chợ lại thường cao hơn gấp đôi giá mua của nông dân. Từ Ấn Độ, cũng có thể suy ra một bức tranh tương tự cho Việt Nam.

Sẽ có người đọc và nghĩ ngay đến kiến nghị rằng thế thì tại sao nhà nước không tập trung xử lý những ách tắc này đi (ví dụ, cải thiện hệ thống đường xá toàn quốc, tạo chuỗi cung ứng mới với hệ thống bảo quản hiện đại, thu hút đầu tư tư nhân và nước ngoài v.v...).

Đương nhiên lẽ thường thấy mắc đâu thì xử lý đấy. Nhưng vấn đề đầu tiên là tiền đâu? Thứ hai, ai làm và/hoặc tại sao làm mãi mà không xong, không được? Rốt cuộc, tớ lại thấy có mặt của thằng cơ chế!

    Anh dạo này có nghiên cứu về TPP, và là chuyên gia về ngân hàng, anh có ý kiến thế nào về sự ảnh hưởng của việc gia nhập TPP với ngành ngân hàng Việt Nam trong điều kiện yếu kém thế này.

    1. Một câu hỏi hay và bất ngờ, vì tớ nghĩ rằng ngành ngân hàng đã bị ảnh hưởng kể từ khi gia nhập WTO và sẽ hầu như không có thêm ảnh hưởng gì khác khi VN gia nhập TPP. Nhưng tớ sẽ tìm hiểu thêm vấn đề này để trả lời đồng chí cho thấu đáo, có lẽ dưới dạng một bài báo cho nó một công đôi việc (kiếm thêm tí nhuận bút cải thiện thu nhập thôi).
