Tại sao dân chủ không luôn là điều tốt?


Cái kiểu dân chủ như trong bài báo này quả thật là nguy hiểm.
Trích: “Tuy nhiên, theo đề nghị của cử tri tỉnh Trà Vinh, để doanh nghiệp có đủ điều kiện sản xuất, ngân hàng cần ổn định mức lãi suất cho vay từ 9 - 9,5%, vì bình quân lãi suất khu vực chỉ có 6,55%, còn ở Việt Nam là 14%, có lúc cao hơn gây khó khăn cho doanh nghiệp và mất cân đối trong đầu tư phát triển.”

Và: “Ở ý kiến khác, đáng chú ý là cử tri tỉnh Gia Lai đề nghị Ngân hàng Nhà nước ban hành quy định các tổ chức tín dụng giảm mức chênh lệch giữa lãi suất huy động và lãi suất cho vay xuống 2% thay vì 3% như hiện nay, để giải quyết khó khăn cho các doanh nghiệp trong giai đoạn sản xuất, kinh doanh đang gặp nhiều khó khăn.”

Rồi lại: “Dù đã nhiều lần đề cập đến, song có ý kiến cử tri vẫn tiếp tục đề nghị xem xét áp một trần lãi suất cho vay, 10%/năm thời điểm này, cho cả người dân và doanh nghiệp.”

Bình luận: Cứ để cho mấy đồng chí cử tri này lên tiếng, và nhỡ chẳng may các đồng chí Chính phủ lại ếch ương hoặc mị dân mà làm cái gì đó thuận theo, chẳng hạn hạ lãi suất xuống như theo yêu cầu thì... thôi, khỏi nói. May mà các đồng chí NHNN lần này cũng có bản lĩnh và có trình độ, trả lời khá ổn.

Nói tóm lại, tớ cũng tán đồng là nên có dân chủ, nhưng không phải là dân làm chủ, thò mũi vào, có quyền hạch sách mọi việc.
