Xem ra thông điệp của đồng chí X đang được hiện thực hóa

Đọc bài này cần phải sắp xếp lại các ý tưởng một chút thì mới hiểu được cái bản chất của sự việc. Tác giả hình như cho rằng việc mua vào USD là một cơ hội tại thời điểm này khi tỷ giá đã hạ và nguồn cung thuận lợi (và cứ như những lập luận vẫn nghe thấy trước đây thì hành động này là có lợi và nên làm vì làm tăng dự trữ ngoại hối).

Tuy nhiên, nhìn ngược lại, có thể hiểu đây là hành động can thiệp của NHNN để làm giảm giá VND (hoặc giữ cho VND không lên giá cả thực và danh nghĩa thêm nữa) so với USD, bằng cách mua USD vào và tung VND ra. Nếu NHNN không tiến hành một chiến dịch bán tín phiếu nữa để trung hòa nguồn cung VND tăng lên thì chắc chắn đây là hành động phá giá VND (hoặc không để cho VND lên giá thêm), theo đúng tinh thần của đồng chí X mà tớ có đề cập đến trong entry tuần trước.

Nói lan man thêm. Nếu cứ như những lập luận trước đây thì rõ ràng NHNN phải lấy làm mừng vì nguồn cung USD dồi dào, làm giảm tỷ giá, tức là ít nhất thì họ không cần phải bận tâm và can thiệp vào tỷ giá bây giờ làm gì cả vì nó chỉ có xu hướng giảm chứ không tăng (mất giá VND, vốn là điều mà họ coi là bất lợi cho nền kinh tế). Thế nhưng, việc NHNN phải tiến hành can thiệp cho thấy những gì mà người ta hay viện dẫn đến trước đây (cung cầu ngoại tệ dồi dào nên không phải phá giá, không cần thiết phá giá) hoặc là một sự sai lầm không thể tha thứ, hoặc là một sự lừa dối cũng không thể tha thứ.

Nhưng dù sao thì cũng mừng vì mọi việc đang có vẻ đi đúng hướng hơn.
