Ủy ban giám sát tài chính quốc gia - sự đổi hướng ngoạn mục!

Tớ đã vài lần phang cái ủy ban này về cái luận điệu tổng cầu yếu và đề xuất kích thích tổng cầu rất nguy hiểm của nó nói riêng và cái tính ngụy học thuật của nó nói chung. Hình như cho đến số mới gần đây (hồi tháng 11), nó vẫn giữ nguyên cái luận điệu này, tuy có phần giảm bớt mức độ mạnh mẽ về "kiến nghị" (chắc chủ yếu do thấy tình hình không đúng như nó lý luận).

Nhưng đột nhiên đến số ra mắt trong tháng này (như ở cái link trên), nó lại thay đổi đột ngột tông mầu, chuyển sang mô tả một bức tranh tươi sáng, lạc quan về tổng cầu, quên tiệt cái lập luận dai dẳng và cũ rích hàng năm trời của nó về "tổng cầu yếu"! Thật là một sự lột xác, đổi hướng ngoạn mục trong tư duy!

Làm gì có phép mầu nào làm thay đổi tình hình ("tổng cầu yếu") nhanh chóng và ngoạn mục đến thế chỉ trong vòng có 1 tháng? Chẳng phải là nó đã nhận ra rằng nó đã (cố tình) stupid đến mức độ nào, hoặc thấy rằng luận điệu của mình trở nên lạc lõng trong bối cảnh hiện nay hay sao?

Cũng tốt thôi, nếu biết sai và sửa thì cũng là điều đáng hoan nghênh, nhất là với nhữn tổ chức cũng có ít nhiều ảnh hưởng như nó. Chỉ có điều là nó cần phải thay đổi, trước tiên phải từ việc thay thế ngay những người cầm đầu, những người tham gia trong việc đưa ra những báo cáo ngụy khoa học nguy hiểm như thế bằng những người có trình độ và có tâm hơn. Những khuôn mặt hiện nay trong ủy ban này thật tớ chẳng muốn bình luận thêm tẹo nào!

  1. Ở VN mọi thứ vốn nên đơn giản, thẳng thắn thì đều trở thành phức tạp, cong queo. Cong chán rồi mới chịu uốn lại, và coi cái thẳng (mà đáng lẽ ra có thể có được từ đầu) đấy là thành quả từ cái sự cong.

  2. Em nghĩ, chẳng qua thực tế đã chứng minh không phải như mấy nhà ngâm cứu GS, TS của VN đã tuyên bố mạnh miệng như ban đầu, do đó buộc phải thay đổi cách suy nghĩ thôi.
