Nói thêm về sáp nhập ngân hàng

Trong bài về sáp nhập ngân hàng hôm 15/1 trên CafeF (dưới đây), tớ có nghi ngờ về cái gọi là "sáp nhập tự nguyện" giữa các ngân hàng trong năm 2015 này, vì bình thường xét ra chẳng nhìn thấy động cơ gì để các ngân hàng này tự nguyện sáp nhập với nhau nếu không có một xúc tác, một lợi ích được hứa hẹn hay một sự tác động (thúc ép, bắt buộc). Nay, đọc bài này, thấy đồng chí Thống đốc Nguyễn Văn Bình đã nói rất rõ:

“Vietcombank muốn trở thành ngân hàng số 1 phải tham gia quá trình sáp nhập, tái cơ cấu với Ngân hàng Nhà nước. Ngân hàng Nhà nước sẽ không để Vietcombank phải thiệt”.

Nói tóm lại, cái gì cũng chỉ nên nghe nửa tai!

Qua đây cũng biết thêm kế hoạch của NHNN có vẻ giống như tớ nói, ngân hàng thương mại nhà nước (Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV) sẽ liên tục M&A với các ngân hàng khác để biến chúng thành các ngân hàng số 1 (tức đạt tầm cỡ khu vực).

  3. Bác Ngọc không bao giờ nói thẳng lợi/hại đâu mà hỏi. Bác chỉ nói một nửa thôi, còn nửa còn lại ai hiểu sao thì hiểu. Đấy là cách an toàn và chẳng bao giờ bị ai bắt bẻ được!
