Mới đây có nhiều đồng chí phang tớ và cứ lăn tăn chuyện tại sao lại phá giá, và nếu phá giá có lợi hơn thì tại sao không phá luôn lấy vài chục phần trăm cho đã. Tưởng nói đùa thế mà chuyện xảy ra với Argentina trong năm nay đúng hệt như vậy. Nước này đã phá giá tới 20% hồi tháng 1 và còn (được kỳ vọng) phá tiếp vài chục phần tram nữa cho cân bằng với tỷ giá chợ đen và mức lạm phát được cho là thuộc dạng cao nhất thế giới làm suy yếu nghiêm trọng xuất khẩu nước này.

Bối cảnh kinh tế Argentina khác hoàn toàn với bối cảnh KT VN bác ơi! Ở VN bác có biết XK chủ yếu là từ các doanh nghiệp FDI không? Xuất khẩu từ các doanh nghiệp Việt chiếm tỉ lệ thấp, chưa kể "hàm lượng" nhập khẩu trong số XK chiếm trên 70%. Không thể áp dụng một lý thuyết chung cho những thực tiễn khác nhau được!
ReplyDeleteTrời ạ, đồng chí lại định buộc tớ phải lặp lại từ đầu về vấn đề này à? Lý thuyết về đồng tiền lên giá thực với phá giá có phân biệt trường hợp xuất khẩu từ khu vực phi FDI và trường hợp hàm lượng nhập khẩu cao hay thấp không?
DeleteLý thuyết đó ko cần lặp lại đâu bác. Vấn đề là ở chỗ, vì hàm lượng XK của mình qúa ít nên khi phá giá, lợi ích cho mình cũng không nhiều, trong khi các hệ lụy khác thì khó lường.
