Các đồng chí đọc bài ở link trên sẽ thấy đồng chí tác giả rất "khôn", khi trích dẫn nửa lời, đúng hơn là nửa ý của tớ ở cái đoạn này:
"Vì vậy, những điều chỉnh chính sách tỷ giá vừa qua của NHNN không phải để hỗ trợ xuất khẩu và cho thấy sự không nhất quán trong chính sách tỷ giá” - một chuyên gia bình luận. Thực tế, nhiệm vụ của NHNN có phải hỗ trợ xuất khẩu?
Đọc các bài trước của tớ về tỷ giá sẽ thấy tớ nói vì sao NHNN phải phá giá và làm cách nào để phá giá mà vẫn kiềm chế lạm phát, và tớ phân tích vì sao mà thực tế đợt phá giá vừa rồi không phải như NHNN tuyên bố là để hỗ trợ xuất khẩu, mà là vì mục đích khác (vẫn lo ngại lạm phát). Nay đồng chí phóng viên nhét vào mồm tớ rằng nhiệm vụ (chính) của NHNN là hỗ trợ xuất khẩu.
Đây là một cách rất hay và các đồng chí, nhất là phóng viên, biên tập viên báo chí, rất nên học tập. Đơn giản, vì nhờ có thế thì mới có đề tài, mới có chuyện, mới có bài để mà viết. Chẳng hạn, như trong bài trên, từ việc nhét chữ vào mồm tớ thế là đương nhiên đồng chí phóng viên có hẳn một vấn đề rất lớn, rất to chuyện và trầm trọng để đến nỗi phải lôi thêm một vài chuyên gia cộm cán vào mới ra vấn đề rằng chức năng chính của NHNN không phải là hỗ trợ xuất khẩu, mà là để ổn định vĩ mô và kiềm chế lạm phát, rõ chửa?
Chứ nếu cứ bám vào kết luận của tớ rằng căn cứ vào những gì đã và đang xảy ra có thể kết luận rằng NHNN nói một đằng hành động một nẻo thì làm gì còn cái gì đáng để viết, để "triển khai" thêm nữa?
