Sau bao quanh co, biện luận, đúng hơn là ngụy biện của nhiều đồng chí từ dân thường đến quan chức và chuyên gia rằng tỷ giá VND là "ổn", là không cần thiết phải phá giá, là không có áp lực phải phá giá v.v... cuối cùng thì đồng chí Bình cũng phải chốt lại, thừa nhận rằng: “Để có thể khuyến khích xuất khẩu, để đồng Việt Nam không bị định giá quá cao, thì việc Ngân hàng Nhà nước xem xét điều chỉnh tỷ giá ở mức độ phù hợp cũng là việc xã hội rất quan tâm".

Lưu ý rằng một mặt đồng chí Bình thừa nhận rằng VND bị định giá (quá) cao (bằng cách nói gián tiếp như trong đoạn bôi đậm bên trên), nhưng mặt khác đồng chí ấy vẫn khẳng định rằng: "hiện các điều kiện khách quan để điều chỉnh tỷ giá, để buộc phải điều chỉnh tỷ giá là chưa có. Ngân hàng Nhà nước tiếp tục khẳng định sẽ giữ ổn định tỷ giá từ nay đến cuối năm", như lời dẫn của VnEconomy. Xin thưa với đồng chí là áp lực để buộc phải điều chỉnh tỷ giá chính là sự bị định giá quá cao của VND đấy ạ.
Như thế tớ có thể kết luận rằng đúng là "miệng nhà quan có gang có thép", nói mà chẳng cần biết, cần quan tâm mình nói cái gì, nói đúng hay không. Cũng có thể quan này cũng chỉ là trí thức 1/2 mùa, kiến thức cũng chỉ đến từng này mà thôi.
