Lần này tớ phải vỗ tay hoan nghênh đồng chí doanh nhân Đặng Thành Tâm khi phát biểu về Vinacomin xin miễn giảm thuế như ở bài này.
Thường tớ không mấy thiện cảm và ấn tượng với giới doanh nhân Việt Nam, nhất là khi nói gì đó về vấn đề quốc tế. Nhưng đọc phát biểu của đồng chí Đặng Thành Tâm, người từng bị tớ phang trước đây về phát biểu "hạnh họe" của đồng chí ấy với đồng chí X kính yêu của tớ trước nghị trường, tớ thấy khá phục đồng chí ấy về hiểu biết trong ngành sản xuất nhôm (nếu là trả lời phát biểu vo, không có chuẩn bị trước, không trả lời bằng giấy bút thì càng phục).
Có những đoạn viết như thế này:
"Tại vì sao không khả thi? Tôi là thành viên hội đồng cố vấn Apec cùng với ông Oleg Deripaska - ông vua nhôm lớn thế giới. Chính ông đã nói thẳng, chính bản thân ông ấy mua mỏ của nước Nga từ khi giá còn rất rẻ nhưng vẫn bị lỗ.
Nhà tỷ phú Oleg Derpaska – ông chủ Tập đoàn United Co Rusal của nước Nga buộc phải cắt giảm sản lượng vì riêng quí IV năm 2011 lỗ 974 triệu USD trong khi quí IV năm 2010 còn thu lãi 1,45 tỷ USD! Sáu tháng đầu năm 2012, lợi nhuận ròng sụt giảm tới 95,25%, doanh thu giảm 9,66% khi giá một tấn nhôm chỉ còn 1.810 USD. Chính vì thế, ông ấy rất băn khoăn chuyện Việt Nam đầu tư vào 2 dự án này."
Thực hư về quan hệ quen biết của đồng chí Tâm với đồng chí Deripaska như thế nào thì tớ không biết, nhưng cái đoạn nói về tình hình sản xuất nhôm, giá nhôm... mà đồng chí Tâm nói vanh vách, khá chính xác thì tớ phục thật. Chả là tớ cũng đã và sẽ phải làm các báo cáo thị trường kim loại định kỳ, trong đó có nhôm, nên cũng biết chút chút về chuyện này.
Và cả những đoạn khác về tình hình ngành và thị trường, về Vinacomin, là những phát biểu khá khách quan, chính xác.
Giá mà đồng chí Tâm lúc nào và ở đâu cũng minh mẫn, khách quan được thế này thì tốt thật.
