 Lại Vinfast (4)!

Bài hôm nay nói về nghệ thuật bơm thổi. Chẳng là lướt Facebook hôm nay thấy có đồng chí share bài viết bằng tiếng Việt của tác giả Thanh Hải Nguyễn về Vinfast có đăng trên website của Vinfast (https://vinfast.vn/dien-dan/thao-luan/999-chiec-xe-vf8-den-hoa-ky-la-xe-de-tiep-thi-thi-truong-my-chau-au-rat-kho-chieu-ceo-vinfast-noi-ve-tham-vong-toan-cau/#post-173769 ) nói rằng 999 chiếc xe VF8 đến Hoa Kỳ là để tiếp thị.

Vào đọc thì thấy bài của Thanh Hải Nguyễn chỉ là bài cắt dán và dịch từ một bài viết bằng tiếng Anh của tác giả khác có tên Lam Le đăng trên website của Rest of World (https://vinfast.vn/dien-dan/thao-luan/999-chiec-xe-vf8-den-hoa-ky-la-xe-de-tiep-thi-thi-truong-my-chau-au-rat-kho-chieu-ceo-vinfast-noi-ve-tham-vong-toan-cau/#post-173769 ).

Đoạn mở bài của Thanh Hải Nguyễn như sau: “Trong một cuộc phỏng vấn độc quyền, Rest of World đã nói chuyện với Giám đốc điều hành toàn cầu của VinFast, Lê Thị Thu Thủy, người đã lãnh đạo công ty từ năm 2021”. (Đây là một đoạn trong phần dạo đầu trong bài của Lam Le).

Với cụm từ “cuộc phỏng vấn độc quyền”, người đọc được dẫn dắt theo cách hiểu là đây là một đặc ân (nếu nghe nặng quá thì gọi đại khái là sự ưu ái riêng) mà Vinfast dành cho Rest of World (hay ngược lại).

Lam Le là ai? Theo lời (tự) giới thiệu khi click vào cái tên này, đây là một cộng tác viên (contributor, của Rest of World), đồng thời là một nhà báo tự do (freelance journalist, kiểu như tớ là cộng tác viên của một vài tờ báo, chẳng có lương và danh phận, thích thì viết mà không thì thôi, và cũng không thể nhân danh các tờ báo này được) ở Hà Nội.

Vậy có thể nói ngay Lam Le không phải là phóng viên/nhà báo của Rest of World, và bài phỏng vấn của Lam Le (nếu thực sự có) chỉ là bài gửi đăng của cộng tác viên. Nên theo thiển ý của tớ thì rất là lố khi cho rằng bài viết là sản phẩm của “cuộc phỏng vấn độc quyền” của Rest of World, hay cho rằng “Rest of World đã nói chuyện” với đồng chí Lê Thị Thu Thủy, CEO của Vinfast. Tớ đồ rằng Vinfast cung cấp nội dung cho Lam Le (nếu người này có thật) để gửi/mua bài đăng trên Rest of World.

Bằng cách “mượn rìu nấu cháo” này, dường như các nhà đạo diễn bộ phim Vinfast đã “tăng level” của các nội dung mà Vinfast muốn truyền tải. Chưa hết, điều quan trọng hơn thế nữa là qua sự “lăng xê” (kiểu cóp pết) của tác giả Thanh Hải Nguyễn, nghiễm nhiên trong mắt độc giả thì Vinfast đã có thêm một bài đăng về mình từ một tờ báo Tây (nghe có vẻ khách quan, uy tín hơn hẳn phải không?) với những nội dung có lợi cho nó mà bình thường thì chỉ có thể xảy ra khi phải trả một cơ số tiền không nhỏ để được đăng dưới dạng... thông tin quảng cáo từ các tờ báo Tây nghiêm túc.

Tại sao tớ lại đề cập đến các tờ báo Tây nghiêm túc? Bởi dù biết rằng Rest of World, theo lời tự giới thiệu là một tổ chức báo chí phi lợi nhuận có trụ sở ở New York, đã nhận được một số giải thưởng và ghi nhận này kia, nhưng chỉ riêng cái việc nó vẫn đăng bài Vinfast của Lam Le mà không biên tập, vẫn để nguyên các lỗi ngữ pháp, văn phạm tiếng Anh trong bài (độc giả nào không thạo tiếng Anh có thể dùng ngay ChatGTP để kiểm tra) thì cũng đã đủ để đặt dấu hỏi về chất lượng, uy tín của tổ chức báo chí này, cũng như thực hư việc Vinfast gửi bài đăng qua Lam Le hay chỉ là mua chỗ đăng bài trên Rest of World dưới dạng bài quảng cáo.

Chợt nhớ ra dạo nào cũng có đồng chí cỡ... cực bự ở Việt Nam cũng được tờ báo gì đó ở nước ngoài đăng bài (hình như) ca ngợi. Sau thì dân tình phát hiện ra (hình như) đó là bài đăng trên mục... phải trả tiền!
